DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEG.DECREE NR. 196/2003

Dear Customer / Supplier,
pursuant to art. 13 leg. decree nr. 196/2003 (hereinafter T.U.) in relation to personal data, also acquired from third parties, of which CM spa will come into possession, we inform you of the following:

1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the contractual relationship, pre-contractual or commercial relationship and for notifying you any future promotional activities.
2. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in the art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) T.U.: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and distribution of data. The operations can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools.
The treatment is carried out by the owner and / or by the persons in charge of the treatment who operate under the direct authority of the owner following the instructions given pursuant to art. 30 leg. decree nr. 196/2003.

3. PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of common personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to point 1.
4. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to point 3 makes it impossible to carry out the activities referred to point 1.
5. COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Personal data may come to the attention of the persons in charge of the processing and they may be communicated externally to the company for the sole purposes referred to point 1 in particular to:
- Agents for the granting of the agency mandate.
- Companies or Professionals for the verification of commercial risk.

6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Personal data are not subject to disclosure.

7. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries with respect to the European Union within the scope of the purposes referred to point 1.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The art. 7 T.U. grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including that of obtaining from the owner the confirmation of the existence, or not, of their personal data and their making available in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data, the purpose and the methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the owner and those of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party has also the right to obtain the updating, the rectification and the integration of data, the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the block of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data.

9. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT
The holder of the treatment is CM spa, Via delle Industrie 133 - 36050 Cartigliano (VI) - Italy.

10. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Art. 7 (Right to access to personal data and other rights)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence, or not, of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of:
a. the personal data origin;
b. the purposes and methods of the processing;
c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d. the identification details of the owner, of Managers and of the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2;
e. of the subjects, or subjects categories, to whom the personal data may be communicated, or who can learn about them as designated representative in the State territory, Managers or Agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, the rectification or, when interested, the data integration;
b. the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the block of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. the attestation that the operations referred to letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also concerning their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising, or direct sales material, or for carrying out market research, or commercial communication.
